LOT 1050
A 19th Century French ormolu clock with eight day movement striking on a bell via an outside countwheel with silk suspension, the silvered chapter ring with Roman numerals and inscribed 'Leroy, Paris', the rectangular case applied with boars mask, two dogs and festoons, flanked by a classical flautist and dog to one side and lyre, arrows and quiver, crook and bow to other side, on a rectangular base cast with a frieze of classical figures, urn and festoons, on scroll feet, height approx 60cm, with pendulum and winding key (lacking urn surmounts).
