A late 19th Century French brass mounted boulle and tortoiseshell cased mantel clock, the eight day twin fusee movement with replacement platform escapement and striking on a gong, the embossed brass dial with inset enamel plaques displaying blue Roman numerals, the balloon shaped case with brass seated cupid surmount above further brass rococo scroll moulded mounts, framing pierced and engraved foliate panels, height approx 46cm, with winding key (minor faults).
