Engraved frontispiece, 3 engraved plates, 14pp. advertisements after preliminary blank, 12pp. advertisements at rear. (Light browning and spotting, heavier to plates, some marginal damp staining.) Original cloth blocked in blind, spine gilt (extremities bumped and scuffed, spine faded, slightly damp stained). Provenance: The Michael Gilkes Collection.
