A collection of approximately 245 microscope specimen slides, mostly late 19th Century, including botanical, entomological with spiders, zoological and algae samples, some with paper labels including Flatters & Garnett Manchester, H.W.H Darlaston of Birmingham, E. Wheeler of London, Ross of London and Jh Bourgogne, within a mahogany specimen chest of twenty-eight drawers, enclosed by a glazed door, height approx 39cm (some with faults).
