An early 19th Century Italian micro-mosaic, gold mounted, burr maple circular snuff box, possibly by Filipo Puglieschi of Rome, the circular panel depicting a lion attacking a goat after the original painting by Wenceslaus Peter, diameter of panel approx 7.4cm, diameter of box approx 8.5cm, within a fitted red leather case.
