A Chinese fuzhou lacquer tea caddy, late 19th Century, of rectangular form with gilt metal drop handles, the hinge lid painted and gilt with peony, the sides with cash on a silvered ground, the interior with pewter liner engraved with a figural scene beneath a mother-of-pearl handle, length approx 28cm.
