RACKHAM, Arthur (illustrator). Some British Ballads. London: Constable & Co. Ltd., [n.d.] 8vo (255 x 185mm.) 16 tipped-in colour plates. (Some light spotting, creasing and browning to tissue guards with associated staining to opposite leaves, heavier browning to preliminary blank.) Original blue cloth, the upper cover blocked in gilt (extremities bumped and lightly scuffed), dust-jacket (heavy browning, extremities bumped and chipped, spine torn with loss). Provenance: Rowena Musgrave Whitham (bookplate to preliminary blank).
