A group of seven Shorter & Son pottery character jugs, comprising 'Pirate King', 'Pirate Maid', 'Pooh Bah', ' Duke of Plaza Tora', 'Duchess of Plaza Tora', 'Major General' and 'Ko Ko', all produced by permission of the Doyly Carte Opera Co, printed, painted and impressed factory marks to bases, heights approx 12cm to 13.5cm.
