An 18th Century and later brass lantern clock with later eight day movement striking hours and half hours on a bell, the backplate stamped 'W & H Sch' (Winterhalder & Hofmeier), the case of typical form with bell surmount, the chapter ring with Roman numerals framing a floral engraved centre, height approx 39cm (alterations and lacking pendulum). Note: case is 18th Century and was originally for a weight driven movement.
