A pair of Royal Crown Derby porcelain plates, circa 1937, painted by W.E.J Dean, signed, each depicting a three and four masted sailing ship on choppy waters, framed by a cream border with gilt scroll moulded rim, together with a similar pair of plates by W.E.J. Dean, framed by a duck egg blue border, iron red printed and painted factory marks, including 'A173' to bases, diameters approx 26cm.
