A Chinese famille rose enamelled octagonal porcelain bowl, mark of Tongzhi and possibly of the period, the exterior decorated with the eight Buddhistic emblems beneath a yellow and blue ruyi head rim, iron red painted seal mark to base, width approx 17.6cm, together with a smaller Chinese famille rose footed dish, painted with birds and flowers, iron red seal mark to base, width approx 12cm.
