LOT 1151
A late 19th Century French ormolu and porcelain mounted mantel clock with eight day movement striking on a bell, the back plate stamped 'G.V.', the blue glazed porcelain dial painted en grisaille with a Cupid, and indistinctly signed, within an embossed chapter ring inset with blue glazed enamel hour plaques displaying white Roman numerals, the case with two handled urn surmount above a swan neck pediment, turned baluster columns and a breakfront base, inset with further porcelain panels, on turned feet, height approx 38cm, with pendulum, key and gilt stand.
