A late Victorian oak cased mantel clock with eight day movement striking on a gong, the back plate detailed 'W & H' (Winterhalder & Hofmeier), the silvered chapter ring with Roman numerals and inscribed 'Benetfink & Co, Cheapside', the brass dial with matt textured decoration, cornered by gilt brass mask and scroll spandrels, the arched case with carved scroll decoration, on bracket feet, height approx 33cm, with a pendulum and key.
