Staffordshire pottery ordinary Toby jug and cover, early 19th Century, typically modelled wearing a black tricorn hat and brown coat and holding a foaming ale jug, with well enamelled facial detail, on a marbled base, height approx 25cm (pipe a later addition and minor faults and restoration).
