A Chinese famille rose enamelled porcelain footed dish, mark of Tongzhi and possibly of the period, of lobed octagonal outline, painted with the eight Buddhistic emblems framing a gilt medallion, all within a pink ruyi head and turquoise ground rim, the underside with four polychrome dragons, painted iron red seal mark to base, diameter approx 24cm.
