A George III mahogany longcase clock with eight day movement striking on a bell, the brass break arch dial with strike/silent indicator to the arch above a chapter ring with Roman hours and Arabic outer minutes, framing a subsidiary seconds and date aperture, inscribed 'Vicente Giner Barcelona', all cornered with cast and pierced foliate scroll spandrels, the hood with pagoda top and two brass ball and spire finials, above a glazed door and fluted columns, the trunk with fluted corner columns flanking an arched door on a panelled base and bracket feet, height approx 244cm, with pendulum (lacking original weights and minor faults).
