A George V Light Infantry officer's sword with dumbbell section blade, length approx 82.25cm, numbered '5537', etched with Lt. Infantry bugle, rifles, crowned 'GRV' cypher and foliate scrolls (some rust marking), plated triple bar hilt with wire bound fishskin covered grip with leather knot, in its leather covered F.S. scabbard, retaining frog.
