A Chinese mottled jadeite water coupe and cover, early 20th Century, intricately carved, pierced and undercut in the form of a gourd resting within a cage of its own undulating vines, bearing smaller gourds, one resting on its detachable cover, the stone of translucent grey tone with patches of spinach green inclusions, length approx 15.5cm (minor chips), with carved and pierced hardwood stand (section missing).
