A late 19th Century ormolu and white marble mantel clock with eight day movement striking on a bell via an outside countwheel, the cast foliate scroll moulded dial inset with heart shaped enamel hour plaques inscribed with blue Roman numerals, the case surmounted with two recumbent muses, Clio depicted holding a scroll, Urania with a globe, on foliate scroll moulded feet, height approx 35cm, length approx 63cm, with pendulum.
