A Chinese famille rose porcelain jardinière, mark of Qianlong but probably early 19th Century, of compressed circular form, the sides finely enamelled with three gilt framed roundel panels, each filled with birds and blossoming branches, flanked by two red seal marks, reserved against a white glazed ground with scattered flowers, beneath a two tone pink key fret border to rim and blue trellis border to foot, iron red seal mark to base, height approx 16cm (star crack to base).
