LOT 953
A First World War period memorial plaque, detailed 'Charles Frederick Holdaway'. Note: Charles Frederick Holdaway served as a Gunner in the 33rd Battery 33rd Brigade Royal Field Artillery, died 18th January 1918 and is buried in the Oxford Road Cemetery. There is also a 'Frederick Charles Holdaway', who served with the New Zealand Rifle Brigade, detailed with the CWGC information.
