LOT 1071
An early 19th Century ebony and brass octant, the pierced ebony T-frame with inlaid ivory vernier scale and maker's plaque inscribed 'Norie & Co London', length approx 30cm (faults), together with a George III mahogany and boxwood backstaff or Davis quadrant, stamped 'C. Waterman' maker's mark, length approx 55cm (later alterations).
