A late 18th Century gilt metal mounted tortoiseshell rectangular snuff box, the hinge lid inlaid with a rose stem and butterfly within a relief moulded foliate scroll border, the sides and base with further moulded with flower and scrolls, length approx 8.5cm (some faults).
