A pair of Meissen porcelain chambersticks, early 20th Century, modelled with a male and female figure standing on gilt enriched scroll moulded bases before flowering bocage surmounted by sconces painted with flowers, the gentleman drinking from a jug, a loop handle to each reverse amidst the bocage, crossed swords in underglaze blue to bases with incised shape No. '2869', height approx 16cm (faults, repairs and restorations).
