A Chinese white jade pendant, probably 19th Century, pierced and carved in low relief with a tablet of eight characters beneath an oval foliate panel with a zoomorphic surmount and phoenix head apron, the similarly decorated reverse with lotus flower to tablet, length approx 7.5cm.
