An early 19th Century mahogany longcase clock with thirty hour movement striking on a bell, the painted square dial with Roman numerals and subsidiary seconds, inscribed 'Manwaring Wadhurst', cornered by gilded sunbursts, the hood with moulded pediment above a glazed door flanked by columns, the rectangular trunk door above a plain base, on bracket feet, height approx 208cm, with pendulum and weight.
