An oak and silver mounted turned circular snuffbox and cover, the interior applied with a silver circular boss, engraved with the City of London arms above an inscription 'This box is made of part of the Oak used in the Construction of the Ancient Roof of the Guildhall A D. 1411', unmarked, diameter approx 10cm, together with an early 19th Century City of London lead badge, inscribed 'William Myall A Freeman Newgate Market 1805', and a cast aluminium badge.
