A pair of Chinese brown patinated bronze lokopalas, in the Tang style but 18th/19th Century, each guardian modelled wearing an elaborate open-winged bird shaped helmet, wearing armour, standing on a prostrate demon, raised on a shaped base decorated in low relief with mythical animals and scrolls, height approx 34cm.
