A Meissen porcelain group of Leda and the swan, circa 1750, modelled by Johann Joachim Kändler, the loosely draped goddess seated on a tree stump, garlanding the swan with flowers, accompanied by a Cupid at her side, on a flower and leaf encrusted mound base, crossed swords in underglaze blue to base, height approx 16.5cm (some restoration and faults).
