A First World War period machete with leaf shaped single edged blade, length approx 40cm, marked 'Caldad Carant Z. C.A. Por A. Held-Bremen' and indistinctly numbered, horn grips, in its leather sheath, together with a black and white photograph of a First World War private, approx 43cm x 33cm, mounted, framed and glazed, and a group of related paperwork, including Certificate of Employment, Certificate of Transfer to Reserve and other documents to Private Frederick Bartlett 1/5th Bn. The Buffs.
