An early 20th Century Neapolitan carved conch shell, decorated with a classical figure aboard a horse drawn chariot above a border of flowers and leaves, on a turned beech stand, height approx 21cm, together with another cameo conch shell, carved with a view of Vesuvius across the Bay of Naples and inscribed 'Napoli', on a gilt metal stand, height approx 19.5cm.
