LOT 892
A group of Second World War period medals with accompanying box of postage, addressed to 'S/L B.K. Barber', who served in the RAF, with Air Council forwarding slip, comprising 1939-45 Star, Africa Star with bar 'North Africa 1942-43', Italy Star, Defence Medal and War Medal, the accompanying slip also mentioning oak leaf emblem (this not present with the lot), together with two RAF cap badges, two further badges, two RAF swagger sticks, an RAF Service and Release Book, an Airman's Service and Pay Book, related booklets, photographs and paperwork, some relating to a later interest as a mountain climber, a Union Jack banner and flag.
