A late 19th Century French aesthetic pottery cased mantel clock, probably Vieillard, Bordeaux, with eight day movement striking on a bell, the brass chapter ring with Roman hour numerals, the circular case with green and aubergine glazed Buddhistic lion finial above a pair of mask and tongue handles on a rectangular base and scroll feet, the front and back with turquoise bands filled with green scrolling stylized lotus and tendrils, impressed factory marks including '60 6' and painted marks to base, height approx 41cm, with pendulum and winding key.
