London: Hodder & Stoughton, [n.d. but circa 1910.] 4to (277 x 216mm.) 30 tipped-in colour plates. (Some spotting, 2 plates with light creasing, 1 plate leaf now loosely inserted.) Original cloth blocked in gilt (extremities bumped).
