A Tibetan steel and leather horse saddle, probably 19th Century and produced in Derge, the wooden frame covered in a leather seat with three silver inlaid steel buttons, each end with intricate steel mounts framing pierced gilt panels decorated with dragons, Buddhistic lions and scrolls, length approx 44cm.
