A group of items believed to relate to General Sir F. Messervy, comprising a colour portrait photograph of General Messervy wearing medal ribbon bars, framed, a silver fronted Indian Army officer's despatch pouch, detailed 'Hodson's Horse' and '9' between two crossed lances, Birmingham 1914, another Indian Army officer's despatch pouch, applied with the gilt royal monogram 'GRI' with a crown above, a pair of circular silver dishes, each engraved with a Far Eastern kris, London 1945, a plated base metal whistle with lion's mask mounted circular fitting, and a ceremonial pin.
