Dominique Alonzo - Dante Alighieri, an early 20th Century gilt and brown patinated cast bronze and ivory figure of the Italian poet, the face and hands finely carved in ivory, the two-tone bronze cast with typical headdress and long robes, the rear side cast with signature 'D Alonzo' and 'Etling Paris', raised on an onyx base, height approx 31cm.
