A pair of Chinese blue and white porcelain jars and covers, marks of Kangxi but late 19th Century, each baluster body painted with opposing panels filled with a pheasant and flowers, reserved against a lotus flowerhead and scrolling tendril ground, repeated on the domed cover, pseudo four character mark in underglaze blue to bases, height approx 41.5cm (chips to one cover and minor faults).
