A Russian state porcelain factory propaganda plate, circa 1924, the front painted with three iron red, black and puce flower sprays divided by Cyrillic text, blue enamelled hammer, sickle and cog marks, Cyrillic initials and dated '1924' to base, diameter approx 26.5cm.
