A George V oak cased mantel clock with military interest, the eight day movement striking on a gong, the enamel dial with Arabic numerals and inscribed 'Lister Horsfall, Halifax', the arched case with barley twist columns and applied with a brass plaque inscribed 'Presented to 1510 Gunner. L.G. Whiteley, M.M. 5th, W R Battery R.F.A. (T.F) by the Sowerby Bridge War Honours Fund in recognition of his gallantry in winning The Military Medal Henin Road September 20 1917', on a plinth base and brass ball feet, height approx 25.5cm, with key (lacking pendulum).
