A Victorian silver sugar basket and cover with foliate finial, the domed cover and circular body pierced and engraved with foliate scrolls beneath a swing handle, fitted with a frosted glass liner, on four scroll shouldered scroll feet, London 1845 by Joseph Angell Senior and Joseph Angell Junior, height approx 16cm.
