An Edwardian Neoclassical silver oval sweetmeat basket of oval form with reeded rim and scroll ends, the pierced wirework sides applied with ribbon tied flower festoons on a pierced wirework oval foot, Birmingham 1909 by S. Blanckensee & Sons Ltd, length approx 25.5cm.
