LOT 836
A late 19th Century Dutch silver novelty box in the form of a tricorn hat, the hinged lid embossed with two putti and birds, the brim and bowl embossed with flowers within a ropetwist rim, import mark Sheffield 1896 by Samuel Boyce Landeck, approx 6cm, together with a long guard chain, one half of an oval buckle decorated in relief with roses and a paper knife, the fleur-de-lis terminal mounted with a model of the Eiffel Tower.
