A .577 Snider Enfield three band military rifle, the barrel, length approx 94cm, with barleycorn foresight and ladder rearsight, breech marked 'Snider Patent', border engraved lock struck with crown and '1855 Tower', full stocked with split steel bands and brass furniture with later leather sling (barrel partly refinished, ramrod replaced).
