A Meissen porcelain diminutive teapot and cover, late 19th Century, the gently waisted cylindrical body moulded as simulated bamboo, painted to each side with a floral bouquet, a single sprig beneath the spout, an insect by the handle, within gilt line edging, the floral painted cover with bamboo moulded handle, crossed swords to base with incised and impressed numerals (cover and tip of spout restored).
