A Meissen porcelain chamberstick, late 19th/early 20th Century, the circular yellow ground base reserved with two floral and one figural panel, painted in puce within gilt scroll framing, the sconce with foliate moulded detail, the handle formed as a stalk with flowerhead thumbpiece, crossed swords in underglaze blue to base, diameter approx 11.5cm.
