WALLACE, Edgar. The People of the River. London, Melbourne, etc: Ward, Lock & Co. Limited, 1912. 8vo (189 x 122mm.) Colour frontispiece. (Some spotting and browning, occasionally heavy, frontispiece now loosely inserted and slightly tattered). Original decorated cloth (extremities somewhat bumped). Provenance: Ivy Wallace (presentation inscription signed by the author 'To my dear wife / Edgar Wallace' dated '22/Oct/1912').
