A Japanese Satsuma earthenware koro, probably by Senzan, Meiji period, the squat circular body painted and gilt with a band of kabuto amongst iris beneath a millefleurs collar, on tripod feet, indistinct red signature to base, height approx 7cm, within associated pierced hardwood cover.
