A First World War period autograph album, compiled by Peggy Harvie Paxton, who served as a nurse during the war, with entries from many patients expressing gratitude for care and kindness shown, some pages illustrated with drawings of military badges, nurses, soldiers, flags, etc, some coloured, together with a Territorial Force Nursing Service Certificate, covering the period 1914 to 1917, confirming service in Glasgow and Oxford as nurse and staff nurse, a framed hand tinted photograph of Nurse Paxton, three postcards showing the interior of an ambulance train, and a Territorial Force Nursing Service Medal, with case.
