London & New York: Hodder & Stoughton, [n.d. but 1921.] 4to (209 x 168mm.) 3 colour plates, uncoloured illustrations and decorations, all by Rackham. (Occasional light soiling.) Original decorated cloth (slightly affected by damp, spine darkened and chipped at head and foot).
